 We strive to create and process orders in a timely manner within 5-7 business days or sooner. Shipping is calculated based on weight and distance, however, once your package leaves our hands, it is in USPS realm of control. Therefore, USPS is responsible for any delivery issues, however, we will do our best to assist you with tracking the package when necessary. All orders placed through the website portal will receive a tracking number and information to keep up on its' delivery status. 

 

Myapothekeri products are made with intention and integrity, and it is important that each of our creations are received well. Due to the nature of our products and for safety reasons, we do not accept returns. Damaged items, or order mistakes (such as shipping an incorrect product) will be replaced or corrected. 

Due to factors of personal preference or otherwise, occasionally a blend will not align with someone. It is in our highest intention that all are satisfied with their purchases, however, when making a purchase, please read each ingredient carefully, as featured notes and primary scent components are listed. Some of our perfume formulations are proprietary botanical blends and not all essential oils and absolutes used are disclosed for trade reasons, however, if you have an allergy, please email us with any allergy concerns. If you have hesitations when purchasing a perfume online, we offer 2 ML samples for perfume blends and these can be a helpful insight into which blend is best suited. Contact for these samples if they're not listed for purchase. Shipping charges apply to all orders & sample inquiries.

 

We only craft with pure essential oils & botanical ingredients, and due to the various factors in the life of plants- growth, harvesting, processing & rendering, the aromatic profile of each seasons' batch can vary slightly to the next. That being said, we strive to adhere to as much consistency as possible to maintain a uniform quality control. If you are unhappy with a product, please reach out and we will do our best to work it out. No credits or refunds can be made for shipping costs.
